Trademark Usage Rules

The DPD Trust name, logo, visual identity, scoring terminology, service marks, and platform assets are protected intellectual property belonging to DPD Trust.

Any use of DPD Trust trademarks must comply with applicable Moroccan commercial law, intellectual property regulations, anti-fraud regulations, and digital commerce standards.

Permitted Usage

  • Use DPD Trust trademarks only when accurately referencing the official DPD Trust platform or services.
  • Maintain correct capitalization, spelling, and visual presentation of trademarks.
  • Use official DPD Trust logos and assets without modification.
  • Use DPD Trust references only in lawful commercial, educational, integration, or press contexts.
  • Approved merchants and partners may reference DPD Trust integrations for compatibility and service disclosure purposes.

Prohibited Usage

  • Do not modify, distort, recolor, rotate, animate, or recreate the DPD Trust logo or shield icon.
  • Do not use DPD Trust trademarks in misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive contexts.
  • Do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, or approval without written authorization.
  • Do not register domains, social media accounts, applications, or businesses using confusingly similar names to DPD Trust.
  • Do not use DPD Trust assets in illegal gambling, scam activity, phishing, fake logistics services, or counterfeit operations.
  • Do not reproduce DPD Trust interface designs or platform layouts to impersonate the service.

Partner & Merchant References

Authorized merchants may use phrases such as:

  • “Protected by DPD Trust”
  • “Integrated with DPD Trust”
  • “DPD Trust verification enabled”

Partners must not represent themselves as official DPD Trust operators, owners, legal representatives, or subsidiaries unless contractually approved.

Brand Asset Protection

DPD Trust reserves the right to request modification, correction, or removal of any unauthorized trademark usage that may damage the brand, mislead merchants, or create market confusion.

DPD Trust may initiate legal procedures under applicable Moroccan law and international intellectual property principles in cases involving trademark abuse, impersonation, fraudulent representation, or commercial misuse.

Legal Notice

DPD Trust®, Digital Purchase Defense®, DPD Score™, DPD Signals™, DPD Protect™, and related logos, visual identifiers, platform names, and commercial identities are trademarks or protected assets of DPD Trust.

Unauthorized commercial use, imitation, distribution, or misrepresentation may violate Moroccan trademark, unfair competition, consumer protection, and digital commerce regulations.
