Politique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/h2>\r\n          <p>\r\n            <span class=\"dpd-brand\">DPD<\/span> fournit des services logiciels num\u00e9riques bas\u00e9s sur un abonnement. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la plateforme, au tableau de bord, aux API, aux int\u00e9grations, aux outils d\u2019intelligence anti-fraude et aux fonctionnalit\u00e9s associ\u00e9es peut commencer imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s l\u2019activation ou la mise \u00e0 niveau, les paiements effectu\u00e9s \u00e0 <span class=\"dpd-brand\">DPD<\/span> sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e9finitifs et non remboursables, sauf dans les circonstances limit\u00e9es express\u00e9ment d\u00e9crites dans cette politique de remboursement.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <p>\r\n            En souscrivant \u00e0 un plan payant, vous reconnaissez acheter un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un service SaaS num\u00e9rique destin\u00e9 \u00e0 un usage professionnel et que les remboursements ne sont pas disponibles simplement parce que le service n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pleinement utilis\u00e9, n\u2019\u00e9tait plus n\u00e9cessaire ou n\u2019a pas produit un r\u00e9sultat commercial particulier.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section class=\"dpd-legal-section\" id=\"trial-and-evaluation\">\r\n          <h2>2. Essai et \u00e9valuation<\/h2>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Lorsqu\u2019il est propos\u00e9, un essai gratuit de 30 jours donne aux marchands une p\u00e9riode d\u2019acc\u00e8s test afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer la plateforme avant de s\u2019engager dans un abonnement payant.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Les marchands sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 examiner les fonctionnalit\u00e9s disponibles, les tarifs, les limites des plans, la compatibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019ad\u00e9quation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du service pendant cette p\u00e9riode d\u2019\u00e9valuation ou avant de finaliser une mise \u00e0 niveau payante.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Si un marchand passe volontairement \u00e0 un plan payant, cette d\u00e9cision est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une confirmation qu\u2019il a eu une opportunit\u00e9 raisonnable d\u2019\u00e9valuer si le service convient \u00e0 ses besoins professionnels.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section class=\"dpd-legal-section\" id=\"billing-cycles\">\r\n          <h2>3. Cycles de facturation et renouvellements<\/h2>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Les abonnements payants peuvent \u00eatre propos\u00e9s sur une base de facturation mensuelle, annuelle ou autre r\u00e9currence selon le plan disponible sur la plateforme au moment de l\u2019achat.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Sauf indication contraire, les abonnements sont renouvel\u00e9s automatiquement \u00e0 la fin de chaque p\u00e9riode de facturation en utilisant le moyen de paiement associ\u00e9 au compte, sauf si le marchand annule avant la prochaine date de renouvellement.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Il appartient au marchand de surveiller l\u2019\u00e9tat de facturation, les dates de renouvellement, les factures et le moyen de paiement connect\u00e9 au compte.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section class=\"dpd-legal-section\" id=\"cancellations\">\r\n          <h2>4. Annulations<\/h2>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Les marchands peuvent annuler leur abonnement \u00e0 tout moment via les param\u00e8tres du compte, l\u2019interface de facturation ou toute autre m\u00e9thode d\u2019annulation mise \u00e0 disposition par <span class=\"dpd-brand\">DPD<\/span>.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <p>\r\n            L\u2019annulation met fin aux renouvellements futurs, mais ne cr\u00e9e pas automatiquement un droit au remboursement pour la p\u00e9riode de facturation en cours.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Sauf exigence contraire de la loi ou mention \u00e9crite expresse de <span class=\"dpd-brand\">DPD<\/span>, l\u2019acc\u00e8s se poursuit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode de facturation d\u00e9j\u00e0 pay\u00e9e, apr\u00e8s quoi l\u2019abonnement ne sera pas renouvel\u00e9.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section class=\"dpd-legal-section\" id=\"non-refundable\">\r\n          <h2>5. Frais non remboursables<\/h2>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Les montants suivants sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement non remboursables une fois factur\u00e9s ou une fois l\u2019acc\u00e8s au service commenc\u00e9 :\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>les frais d\u2019abonnement pour une p\u00e9riode de facturation active ;<\/li>\r\n            <li>les frais de renouvellement non annul\u00e9s avant la date de renouvellement ;<\/li>\r\n            <li>les frais li\u00e9s \u00e0 une utilisation partielle, faible ou inexistante du service ;<\/li>\r\n            <li>les frais pay\u00e9s apr\u00e8s une mise \u00e0 niveau volontaire depuis un essai ou un plan gratuit ;<\/li>\r\n            <li>les frais engag\u00e9s apr\u00e8s que le marchand a obtenu l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux fonctionnalit\u00e9s num\u00e9riques, aux API, aux outils du tableau de bord, aux plugins, aux fonctionnalit\u00e9s de scoring ou aux services de compte ;<\/li>\r\n            <li>les paiements effectu\u00e9s en lien avec une insatisfaction concernant les r\u00e9sultats commerciaux, les r\u00e9sultats de fraude, les d\u00e9cisions d\u2019acceptation des commandes ou les performances attendues de la plateforme.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n          <p>\r\n            <span class=\"dpd-brand\">DPD<\/span> fournit un support de pr\u00e9vention de la fraude et une intelligence de risque, mais ne garantit pas de r\u00e9sultats commerciaux. Les demandes de remboursement fond\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9sultats commerciaux internes d\u2019un marchand, ses d\u00e9cisions op\u00e9rationnelles ou des attentes non satisfaites ne seront g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas approuv\u00e9es.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section class=\"dpd-legal-section\" id=\"refund-exceptions\">\r\n          <h2>6. Exceptions limit\u00e9es de remboursement<\/h2>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Les remboursements peuvent \u00eatre envisag\u00e9s uniquement dans des circonstances limit\u00e9es et exceptionnelles, telles que :\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>un double pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement pour la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode d\u2019abonnement ;<\/li>\r\n            <li>une erreur de facturation confirm\u00e9e caus\u00e9e directement par <span class=\"dpd-brand\">DPD<\/span>;<\/li>\r\n            <li>une transaction non autoris\u00e9e v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e apr\u00e8s un examen raisonnable ;<\/li>\r\n            <li>un autre cas exceptionnel que <span class=\"dpd-brand\">DPD<\/span> d\u00e9cide express\u00e9ment d\u2019approuver \u00e0 sa seule discr\u00e9tion, sauf si la loi applicable exige le contraire.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Tout remboursement approuv\u00e9 peut \u00eatre total, partiel ou refus\u00e9 selon les circonstances, l\u2019activit\u00e9 du compte, les contr\u00f4les de fraude, l\u2019historique de facturation et les obligations l\u00e9gales ou de paiement applicables.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section class=\"dpd-legal-section\" id=\"review-process\">\r\n          <h2>7. Processus d\u2019examen<\/h2>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Toutes les demandes de remboursement sont examin\u00e9es individuellement. <span class=\"dpd-brand\">DPD<\/span> peut demander des informations justificatives, des d\u00e9tails de facturation, des preuves de paiement ou une v\u00e9rification de l\u2019identit\u00e9 du propri\u00e9taire du compte avant de prendre une d\u00e9cision.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019une demande de remboursement ne garantit pas son approbation. Sauf lorsque la loi applicable exige un r\u00e9sultat diff\u00e9rent, la d\u00e9cision finale concernant toute demande de remboursement reste \u00e0 la discr\u00e9tion de <span class=\"dpd-brand\">DPD<\/span>.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section class=\"dpd-legal-section\" id=\"chargebacks\">\r\n          <h2>8. R\u00e9trofacturations et litiges de paiement<\/h2>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Si un marchand initie une r\u00e9trofacturation ou un litige de paiement sans avoir d\u2019abord contact\u00e9 <span class=\"dpd-brand\">DPD<\/span> afin de tenter une r\u00e9solution, nous nous r\u00e9servons le droit de suspendre ou de restreindre l\u2019acc\u00e8s au compte pendant l\u2019examen du litige.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <p>\r\n            Lorsque cela est autoris\u00e9, <span class=\"dpd-brand\">DPD<\/span> peut fournir les relev\u00e9s de facturation pertinents, les journaux d\u2019activit\u00e9 du compte, les enregistrements de renouvellement et les preuves d\u2019acc\u00e8s au service au processeur de paiement ou \u00e0 l\u2019institution financi\u00e8re charg\u00e9e du litige.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section class=\"dpd-legal-section\" id=\"contact\">\r\n          <h2>9.
